The Community Blood Center in Kansas City needed a message that resonated with high-school students. Leilani created a “Super Heroes” campaign to help high-school blood drive coordinators recruit their friends and family for the cause of saving lives. The popular kit included a CD with public relations materials such as:

  • Ads
  • Campaign Schedule
  • Flyers
  • Posters
  • Public Service Announcements for the P.A. System
  • Radio / TV Ad Copy

The results of the Super Hero campaign was an increase in blood drives and donors.

As Marketing Communications Manager at the Community Blood Center, Leilani directed and wrote copy for projects that included:
